I was able to access the site via CBC site, although I’m after clear recycling bags for paper and plastics, these were not shown as an option, but that may be because I ordered some for delivery a few weeks ago although not yet delivered.

Recycling Supplies at Wivenhoe Town Council From 12 January 2022 all recycling supplies will be available again for collection on Wednesday mornings from Wivenhoe Town Council. Please note that you must pre-order online by going to www.colchester.gov.uk/recycling-containersYou will be asked to complete a form and select a stockist. Once you have submitted your order you will receive an email detailing- -Order Number -Community Stockist -Community Stockist Opening Days/Hours -A list of what you have ordered -The date the order is valid until (orders are valid for 7 days) You will need to bring your order number to the Wivenhoe Town Council offices on a Wednesday and then collect the supplies you have ordered from the yard. If you do not have access to the internet, you can order by calling the Colchester Borough Council Contact and Support Team, who will arrange a doorstep delivery.
