I know, as a customer myself, the amazing work Sutha and his team do for the community. Throughout the pandemic (and beyond) Sutha went out his way to stock items customers requested and delivery them for free to their door. This service he continues to this day with a min. order fee of just £10.
One of the many unsung heroes of the pandemic, stocking an even more extensive range of products based on the needs of the local residents during times of food and household shortages in major supermarkets. Delivering these vital supplies (including same day delivery) on all orders over £10 to hundreds of people in the town including those vulnerable and in isolation. This flexible delivery service is something that continues to this day. Simply call Sutha with your request or book in advance.
The shop is more than just a business, it is a way of life for the family as they go above and beyond to provide the best customer service and a personalised approach to all customers.
He also often contributes delicious food and drinks for community groups and charities plus has often given me stock to donate the Brightlingsea food box and wants to extend this to Wivenhoe too.
