I thought I would share the link to the NHS site for booking a vaccination. You will need your NHS number and date of birth. Obviously you will need to be eligible. Book your appointments You need to: have 2 doses of the coronavirus vaccine at 2 appointments book both appointments at the same time get the 2nd dose 11 to 12 weeks after getting your 1st dose You can use this service for someone else. www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/coronavirus-vaccination/book-coronavirus-vaccination/

You can also ring 119, option 3, to speak to someone like myself who will book on your behalf. I work for the NHS Vaccination Service. Thank you

Thanks hedgiebit - pleased to report, booked Mum in Saturday and jab administered at Colchester United Stadium today, very swift process, wonderful people on site and all set for Jab 2. Parking easy and the whole operation is a credit to those involved.

Thanks for the heads up regarding the site BFM, I can pass that sort of information on to anyone I speak to who books at the Stadium.

Just had the Oxford jab at Cavalry Rd pharmacy. Excellent service, no waiting and plenty of parking space on local roads.

Yes, I had the Oxford at East Hill surgery, and the organisation there was excellent.
