Received a leaflet today, advising of the resurfacing of The Avenue at nights from 8 July, 7.30 pm to 6.00 am for seven nights.

Fingers crossed for a proper job and not a patch and spray one.
Toes and eyes crossed that residents of The Avenue, The Cross and Colchester Road play their part and keep the road clear for the workers. Inconvenience accepted. 🅿️
