I wanted to share some news which may be of interest to the residents of Cooks Shipyard. I understand that sapphirepm.co.uk/ are looking to take over from Trinity Estates (the current management company) and are looking to talk with residents of the Cooks estate regarding their proposals. I have attached the email below from Sapphire for those who may be interested. _________________________________________________________________________________________________ We have booked The Nottage in Wivenhoe for 13th October at 7.30pm-9pm (Covid restrictions permitting) to meet with owners at Cooks Shipyard in order to talk through any queries/concerns regarding the potential takeover and also hopefully gather the last 12 remaining signatures, which is needed in order to give Trinity notice on your behalf. We will have local councillor Glyn Evans in attendance as an observer and with an interest/concern over Trinity's environmental policy - but without a vote. I will send out further notices and invites to owners at Cooks Shipyard regarding the meeting towards the end of September/beginning of October. We hope you will be able to join us. Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any queries in the meantime. Kind Regards Helen Connelly Business Development Manager Sapphire Property Management Tel: 01206 593130 Email: Helen@sapphirepm.co.uk<mailto:Helen@sapphirepm.co.uk>
